Background color from the .hljs CSS rule. Returns Color.Unspecified if not present in theme.

Note: For built-in themes and themes constructed with an explicit background color, this property resolves immediately from in-memory metadata. For uninitialized custom themes without explicit colors, accessing this property triggers lazy CSS parsing on the calling thread.
