Built-in Dracula dark theme.

For years, the Dracula team heard the same question: "Are you going to create a light color scheme?" The answer always was: "Nope. Dracula can't stand the light." But accessibility requires light mode support, leading to the creation of the Alucard light theme.

Dracula and alucardLight are designed to go together as a perfect dark/light pair.

Uses a precompiled color map generated at build time from the bundled dracula.css - the runtime CSS parser is never invoked. No Context is required.
